Our Commitment At POSSR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene Policy (Important) Due to the personal nature of bedding products, pillows must be returned with the original hygiene seal intact and must not have been used for sleeping. If the seal is broken or the item shows signs of use, we cannot accept the return for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items with a broken hygiene seal, items showing signs of use, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

Email support@getpossr.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as posting times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@getpossr.com and we will investigate.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@getpossr.com immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
