Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship directly to France and international destinations using trackable international logistics partners.
- Standard Shipping (France): Estimated 6 to 12 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen customs delays or transit disruptions may occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to France and the European Union, value-added taxes (VAT) or customs fees may apply depending on customs assessment. getpossr.com is not responsible for any external customs clearance delays or charges applied to your package once handed over to international carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@getpossr.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
