Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@getpossr.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@getpossr.com immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
